Sara Lee, MN, NP – Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care | Accepting new patients

Sara Lee is a Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, and management of acute and chronic conditions for all ages. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Calgary, Master of Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan and post-graduate certification in Hospital and Acute Medicine from the University of Toronto. With her extensive clinical experience in acute and critical care medicine, Sara supports multiple hospitals and Emergency departments across Alberta through the provincial NP locum program. Additionally, Sara serves on the Board of Directors for the Nurse Practitioner Association of Alberta (NPAA) and is affiliated with the Rural Health Professions Action Plan (RhPAP).

Tammy Willis, NP - Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care | Accepting new patients

Tammy Willis is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Calgary in 2012 and her Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of Regina in 2019.

Tammy has a diverse clinical background, including experience in emergency medicine and addictions and mental health. She also previously served as a medic with the Canadian Department of National Defence, developing strong skills in critical assessment and trauma-informed care. Passionate about preventive care and chronic disease management, Tammy emphasizes education, active listening, and collaborative care to support long-term wellness and positive health outcomes.
